Protection of personal data is among the most important priorities of SEA DİZAYN MÜHENDİSLİK MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. In this respect, SEA DİZAYN MÜHENDİSLİK MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is subject to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In order to fulfill the disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Obligation of Disclosure (‘Communiqué’) as the data controller, it presents the following explanations to the attention of our valued customers, suppliers and all interested parties who use our website www.seadmd.com (“Website”) microsites and applications.

  1. Which Personal Data Do We Process?

“Contact Us” Application

The following data is processed in order for you to contact us via the Website:

  • Your Identification Data:   first name, last name data,,
  • Your Contact Data:   contact data such as your e-mail address, telephone number, address information,
  • Other Data:   data about your message and the information you will provide in the message content.
  • Internet Traffic Data:   device credentials, call status, network access, storage and battery information and cookies, IP addresses, router header, data identifying your network browser and its version, and web beacons and tags, your browsing and clickstream information (your logs) and the location from which you opened the application

Your personal data, within the framework of the services provided by SEA DİZAYN MÜHENDİSLİK MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and its field of activity; in accordance with the law and honesty rules, in an accurate and up-to-date manner; for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes in this Clarification Text and/or within the scope of the personal data processing purposes of the SEA DİZAYN MÜHENDİSLİK MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ Group; in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, in a limited and measured manner and by being kept for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed. SEA DİZAYN MÜHENDİSLİK MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will be able to record, store, update, disclose to third parties, transfer, classify and process your personal information in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

  • To fulfill our obligations arising from the KVKK and other applicable legislation and to exercise our rights arising from the legislation,

  1. How We Collect Your Personal Data and For Which Lawful Reasons?

We collect your above-mentioned personal data in whole or in part by automatic and/or non-automatic means based on the reasons for compliance with the law set out below and by you or on your behalf automatically by registering on the website or other Company programs/systems/applications and/or by you transmitting it to us verbally, manually and/or electronically: Identity Data, Contact Data and Other Data Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract in Article 5 of the KVKK, it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract; data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.

Our Website contains cookies in order to provide a better service to our visitors and customers. You can access detailed information about cookies from our Cookie Policy. In addition to these, if you receive newsletters or promotional e-mails from SEA Design, your personal data are also processed with beacons, customized links and similar technologies to determine whether the e-mail was opened and which links you clicked.

Since we are obliged to collect and store your Internet Traffic Data within the framework of the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through These Publications and the relevant legislation, we collect and store your personal data, including your computer IP number from which you log in to our website, your browsing and click information on the application (log records) and your location information where you open the application, based on the legal reason that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.

We collect and store your personal data for the purposes of providing personalized advertisements, campaigns and other benefits, customer segmentation in line with the data obtained, survey and telemarketing applications, development and improvement of customer data quality, loyalty transactions for customer management, design and management of cross-selling and lost customer regain actions, execution of advertising / campaign / promotion processes, execution of marketing processes of products / services. In addition, we transfer your personal data abroad based on the explicit consent lawfulness reason as explained in section 5 below.

  1. Security of Your Personal Data

SEA Design Group companies have ISO/IEC 27001 Certificate for Information Security Management Systems. All personal data and information shared with SEADMD Group companies are stored in accordance with the security measures required by the ISO/IEC 27001 Certificate. In this context, SEA Design, one of the SEA Design Group companies, also complies with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 Certificate and is regularly audited internally and externally.

In this context; SEA Design uses the necessary technologies to prevent unauthorized access and use of personal data, stores personal data in computer systems with limited access kept in facilities under its control, uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and similar encryption methods, establishes the necessary organization to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and takes all necessary technical and administrative measures in this regard.

  1. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions due to and limited to our legal obligations.

Your personal data may be shared with the relevant judicial and administrative authorities, especially the General Directorate of Security and the prosecutor’s office, and authorized regulatory and supervisory public institutions and organizations in case of any dispute and/or in the event of investigation and prosecution of a crime or in case of any audit or request.

Your personal data that you have provided by filling out the contact form, SEA Design Community, the program partner that we cooperate with in order to carry out our activities, within the limits stipulated by the legislation in order to provide the services we have committed to you with domestic and foreign institutions and organizations and to carry out quality control of the services provided:

  • sending commercial electronic messages and realization of the integration of the Message Management System (“IYS”),
  • Realization of the management of the Website,
  • Storage of requests and customer contact information,
  • Resolution of complaints
  • Realization of order shipments,

It is shared with various business partners, authorized manufacturers and survey companies within the scope of various marketing activities in order to provide better service to you and to ensure customer satisfaction. Since the servers of some of our business partners to whom personal data is transferred for the above-mentioned purposes are located abroad, we rely on the legal ground of explicit consent for personal data transfers to these business partners. If you do not consent to the transfer of your data abroad, we will not be able to receive your requests via the contact form.   1. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

We would like to remind you that you have the right to request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, to request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom it is transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to processing in violation of the KVKK.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to SEADMD in writing, SEADMD finalizes your request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, SEADMD will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In order to exercise these rights, you may submit your request in this respect to SEADMD’s address “Osman Yılmaz Mahallesi, 620. Sokak Mutlu Kent Mavi Blok Sitesi, C Blok No: 2/18, 41400 Gebze/Kocaeli” in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, your name and surname and your signature, if you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, your T.R. If you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, your nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, if you are not a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, your residential or workplace address for notification, your e-mail address and telephone number for notification, and the necessary information and documents to determine the subject of the request and your identity, you can apply in writing or you can contact us via info@seadmd.com.

  1. Information on Changes

The rights you have pursuant to KVKK are the obligations of SEA Dizayn. We would like to inform you that we process your personal data with this awareness and to the extent required by the legislation, that we may update this information on our page from time to time in case of legal changes, and that you can always easily follow the updates made on this page.

  1. Timeliness of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 4 of the LPPD, SEA Dizayn has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, in order for SEA Dizayn to fulfill its obligations arising from the applicable legislation, our customers are required to share accurate and up-to-date data with SEA Dizayn. In case of any change in your personal data, we kindly request you to update your personal data by contacting us through the communication channels mentioned above.
